    What is the issue?
    I have ban evaders changing IP's using dynamic IP's how can I ban an IP Range?

    Please provide any additional information below.

    Latest 1.5.2 0.1, and ultrabans. any idea how ?

    As i know, u can't ban it. Don't u use neither white-list nor registration on your server's site?
