Fixed 0.1.1 Bug Offline Player issue
Removed Standard Permissions System
and fully utilized Vault's Permission api
If vault is not hooked will default to OP
Added Permission node to Checkban
Fixed issue with rules only able to be set in console
Fixed Auto Complete not fully displaying names
Added Lockdown Relogin Override Node
Fixed Offline Command Helper NPE
3hours of testing no issues. I recommend this build.
