On a Rampage.
Added /lockdown - disables player logins.
Added /importbans - imports original banlist & ipbans.
Added on to /exportbans - now exports ipbans.
Cleaned up code.
SQLite Support Added. and is now defaulted.
Just edit the config.
Fixed issues with config not creating and/or in wrong order.
Fixed issues with console commands not functioning.
Fixed issues with disabled commands displaying help.
Now fully disables command.
Most all commands can now be disabled to the config.
Built Against 1519.

Preparing for 0.1 possibly going to rap up features and idle for a bit.
Only so much you can add to the administration.

Still Issues with Jail command interfering with the Plugin Jail.DONE

Personally recommend saving the logon information and allowing ultrabans to rewrite the config.
There is so much new stuff in this configuration.
