Alright so starters:
Configuration System Fixed
All Commands can have Custom Messages
PermaBans /permaban - Un - unbannable ban.
Handles Offline IP bans
Handles IPv4 Addresses from the console and in game
- /ipban {IPv4 Address} (-s) (reason)
Cool Help (Shows help commands per Permissions)
Fixed Bug on Config not saving Jail location.
Fixed Bug on ForceSpawn random teleport.
Integration with Bukkit / Minecraft ban handling for backup flatfile support.

Still Issues with Jail command interfering with the Plugin Jail.
Plan: Build to implement Jail API or complete function Disability without interference.
Comment: Was not built against Jail considering its meant to work as simple solution.

Other Databases.
Plan: Soon I know I keep promising, just the current structure is built primarily for Mysql.
Comment: At least if any Sqlite. It just hates certain mysql commands to an extent.

Information from the previous Configuration may require you to change %player% to %admin%
Kinda Confused myself while writing but this is now the standard.
Personnally recommend saving the logon information and allowing ultrabans to rewrite the config.
There is so much new stuff in this configuration.
