• Edited GUIs, main gui contains 3 items now: Claimable warps*¹, Global warps, Homes*¹
• Those 3 items are fully customizable as of: Displayname, item type, slot in the main gui

• Added claimable warps: they can be created by players with set permission and need to be unlocked with currency (Vault needed for this feature)
• Claimable warps (in the claimable warps gui) can be customized as of: Displayname, item type, slot in the gui & price

• Added commands '/ut warps', '/ut claims', '/ut getwarp', '/ut addclaimable || /ut addc', '/ut deleteclaimable || /ut deletec', '/ut replaceclaimable || /ut replacec', '/utc', '/utc <claimable warp>'

• Changed '/ut gui' to '/ut global'
• Changed permission 'ut.gui' to 'ut.global'

• Added possibility to create signs for claimable warps, player can only use them if he has the warp specified on the sign unlocked
• To create them:
• Line 1 on sign: utc
• Line 2 on sign: <name of claimable warp> (case sensitive)
• Line 3 on sign: <optional> <teleport delay> (number)

• Fixed '/ut reload' command not working properly
