    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It says nothing in chat when a player tries to open a chest.

    What version of the product are you using? Latest

    Are you using a Spigot 1.8 patch build? I'm not sure

    Do you have an error log of what happened? No

    What other plugin(s) do you have on the server? Nothing that includes spawn protection

    Please provide any additional information below.

    Deoped players can open any chests. They just can't open the ones at spawn.

    You must open your serverproperties-file and have to put spawnprotection to 0 ;)
