What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Get a new player/default rank player
2.have them join the SG
3.Try for the default player to open a chest

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for the player to open a chest.
What I see is the player not being able to open the chest with no error message.

What version of the product are you using?
Newest Version

Are you using a Spigot 1.8 patch build?

Do you have an error log of what happened?

What other plugin(s) do you have on the server?
