Bugfixes

• The leave sign does not work
• the player are teleported to the same location in deathmatch
• If a player join during the cooldown phase, he is teleported to the lobby
• Fix database reload command

List Command

• Added /list for ingame players - List of all remaining players
• new Message in the messages.yml: game-player-list

If a error occurs while loading the lobby or a arena, try to delete your SurvivalGames folder.

If the game does not load after setup, try to reload it with /sg lobby reload <LOBBYNAME>
