Not sure if this is a bug or by design or I am missing something.

No one else except permission node * or op sees Kick or Ban messages. It would be nice to have a permission node to see such things. Mute is also not shown to user base but would be good as someone seeing admins take action makes others behave. :)

Also seems to be the case for console messages produced by console command say.

uc.notify.kick :: with permission node, user see's kick message.
uc.notify.mute
uc.notify.ban
uc.notify.console

I will probarly change the permissions to uc.kick.notify etc

But this one is accepted.
