Make a ban exempt, kick exempt, mute exempt, deaf exempt permission(s) to stop lower staff banning/kicking/muting/deafing higher staff.

As an admin when i promote someone new to a mod it can sometimes end badly as they will temp ban other admins and cause trouble, I then have to go into console and ban them and unban myself and other admins, would be nice to have permissions to stop this

Glad it's accepted, do you have an estimate for any new version?

As soon as spigot added the api for the new enchantments, effects, etc.
