BugFixes:
- fixed bug: buying a connected chunk to a town does not work in a specific direction
- fixed bux: saving changes with editShop is now working

Vault support:
I didn't worked with Vault before so I hope it is working how it should. Umtimate_Economy hooks as economy plugin into Vault.
