@BillyGalbreath
Indeed this is a bug. When carpet was added, carts could just pass through them but since then mojang changed it and now it has to be jumped over. This will be fixed shortly ;)
@storm345
It's literally the default config. I didnt change a thing. The "car" comes to a sudden and complete stop when coming to a carpet block (as if it's hitting an invisible wall), its not even trying to roll over it to a stop as if it was configured wrong (the way it does if I was to set "roadBlocks" and then drive off the road onto grass).
My roads are normal black wool and glowstone, with carpet covering the glowstone. So it's 2 blocks high, technically..
@JostiTosti
You need to have the correct protocollib for your server installed for it to work, if it still doesn't work then look for errors in the server console and reply back with them :)
Plugin wont work on my bukkit server
@FabioZumbi12
Try using http://yamllint,com to check if the yaml is valid before trying to use it. uCars uses bukkit's yaml api so either it's bukkit's fault, or your doing it wrong and the yaml is invalid.
@BillyGalbreath
They seem to work fine for me, can you please send me your config? :)}
Man, i trying to translate to Portuguese - BR but always this plugin replace all acentuations by unknow codes. Please, make language file compatible with acentuations!!
Great plugin, however I can't seem to get the cars to drive over carpet. I use carpets as the lines in the roads with glowstone underneath for hidden lights. Is there a way to get them to work on carpet?
@storm345
Thank you very much :)
@Arizrain
Also they need to be in capitals..
@Arizrain
I think the names may have been changed in the Material enum...
using 1.8 spigot. All works perfect except I cant seem to restrict all but certain blocks listed in the roadblocks ids. If anyone can look at my config, and if I missed doing something, I'd apprectiate it. http://pastebin.com/DnMYTcRV
Step (44) is integrated yet?
Bukkit 1.7.10
@bren42
This may be the case, or maybe he had the hitBy function enabled in the config causing damage from driving into the player?
@storm345 Were you driving the car when you hit the other player? Maybe the car's speed counts as sprinting for damage purposes? Just a shot in the dark...
@storm345
That's oddly weird... i'll do more test... but really that's beyond the logic xD
@Shooty_
Okay, have now tested it! I am glad to find that uCars indeed is not the cause of this issue as the damage done to the player in my tests was the same with or without uCars :)
@Shooty_
Lazy? :p That I certainly am not.
@storm345
It's make me mad because all the time dev are lazy and don't believe me. I swear to god there was only those 2 plugins installed... so yeah maybe it's my fault somewhere but it can't be from an other plugin :/
@Shooty_
I will do but don't get angry. However there is literally no reason WHY this would happen, but since you asked so nicely I'll investigate it anyways...
@storm345
Are you deaf ? I told you my plugins, versions, and spigot version. Why dont you try it yourself ? Also i have Java 8.
If i say there's only 2 plugin installed when i test it it's because it was stop telling me it's my fault or i have done something wrong. I dont have any other plugin running while testing, and i can assure you it was uCars v18, With java 8, build 1643 of spigot & ProtocolLib 3.4.0. OR 3.6.0. Try it yourself please.
