What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use /pigucart or place down a cart
2. The server will produce an error message if you used /pigucart
3. The controls will not work and the pig cart will not move or move slowly in the wrong direction.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When /pigucart is used, the server produces this error message:

This repeats every time the player attempts to move the cart.
In addition, for all carts, the controls are changed, reversed or just do nothing.

What version of the product are you using?
I am using version v19 of the product. I am using CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-7722428.

I updated CraftBukkit to git-Bukkit-8f0f4ed and it didn't help.

Use a newer version of Spigot and of uCars you will fix this :) (Import is that of a spigot class which should have been a bukkit one)
