Changelog

* Re-worked some of the underlying system to considerably optimize commands and events. The difference in speed is pretty big.
* Fixed issue with /control showing held items when the controlling player is invisible
* Fixed issues where command effects (/control, /vegetable, /void, etc) were not properly undone when the plugin was disabled
