If you can afford to, please consider a donation
If you can donate $1 it's great ! There is no minimum, I will be thankful regardless to the amount.
I am making this plugin for free since more than 2 year. If you are earning money with your server, please consider a donation, a little money to offer me a cup of coffee :) Since 2011 when I started the plugin, I received 30€, that's generous from the donors but it's quite small comparing to the 22000+ downloads of the plugin ! Level Migrator
For those of you who want to migrate a level from a world to another world (if for example you rename a world or whatever), I created a little tool that will help you doing that https://github.com/graindcafe/Tribu/downloads
Sample Maps
As it can be a bit confusing to see what we can do with Tribu I'm starting to create some samples maps and config files First one is Forest Defense
It's a basic one lane level, but it may be harder than you think. Almost all features has been used in this level, but there is few signs. It can be downloaded on Mega here
@AnglesAbove
You can set "Zombies.Focus" to "Nearest".
The game should long more than 3 waves, if not you make sure you have the last version, you killed every zombies and you don't have any error in your console.
If you find a problem use the ticket system, thanks
How do you set the tracking zombies so the come after a player were ever they are. And how do you make a game last longer than 3 waves.
@AnglesAbove
It's not working on 0.6 but fixed on 0.6.1 which would be released soon
how does the control spawns with redstone work?
@KevinEssence
What is not automatic ?
This isn't automatic..?

@ACampingNoob
Hi there again, Thanks for replying without much of anger! (Your previous messages were.)
(Also sorry my bad I spelled "IConomy" "Economy" in last post, haha)
"He did respond at some point to a question saying that he had a feature like that that he may work on at some point."
- OK I guess he will add it in, But I do not know when (I will talk to him about this).
"charging for using a teleport, paying other people, globally adding money or taking away money"
- This is a lot you are asking for (Adding IConomy Support). I could see the "charging for teleport,paying other people" but not "globally adding money or taking away money" <- whats this even for?
"For the level design that we are doing, we require redstone controlled spawns. We need flexibility, and redstone powered spawns are perfect. Please don't remove this option because we really need it."
- I will not remove anything at all (I don't have permission unless Graiddcafe ok's it) But I will add the new feature, once you see it/understand it you will probably enjoy it more than making redstone wiring to power each 1 spawn at a time.
"Second, about the focus, I've tried every option. None can compare to the speed and reliability of Monster Apocolypse Zombies. Tribu zombies seem to start to dilly dally around on Random focus while Monster Apocolypse zombies instantly track to the player, no matter how far they are."
- Remember, its 2 different plugins, Monster Apocolypse has its code for tracking, Trubu has its own. Now if you would like us to "make it better" Please make a ticket. Thanks
"I want to be able to enchant items when I want to. Not as soon as I buy it. Again, you could add this feature, or you could add iConomy support and have the flexibility to do this and more."
- What if we add in something like shop signs but they will enchant the item you hold at the time you hit/buy enchantment?
"I want the flexibility to control when doors open and spawns enable. I'm fine if you add this, but I would hope to see you keep the red-stone support in."
- I will keep the red-stone support.
"Everything below this last statement ^^"
- Ahh Ok i understand now, Well I can answer some of the questions for you
-- If a wave didn't start it was most likly an internal error (Not broadcasted) I will take a look at this
-- It takes "Control" Because a Tribu zombie is not a Minecraft NORMAL zombie. The zombie is coded from scratch - meaning the movement, the skin (Zombie skin duh), the speed, and all of the other Minecraft Normal Zombie features are coded in. When you see a Tribu Zombie its not the Minecraft Zombie. Monster apocalypse grabs the Minecraft zombies, not the Tribu Zombies. Now this can be changed easily (As it was because it doesn't work now) but I will have to chat to grainddcafe about it first.
-- Will fix this error/bug (Internal Error)
-- Adding IConomy support we be easy but as it may be useful for you other would not find it useful. I will talk to graindcafe about maybe adding a node in the config.
If you would like to talk about more of this please make a ticket with your problem or private pm me.
Thanks!
@rimidalv111 " Hi, I help graindcafe code Tribu (Contributor) and I am going to answer your questions because you have posted way to many complaints. Answering Q's from vid: http://youtu.be/gGuIqJu4BKY
1: Are you talking about showcase for Tribu? If yes then I dont know anything about graindcafe planning on adding that into Tribu "
He did respond at some point to a question saying that he had a feature like that that he may work on at some point.
" 2: Economy is not supported because people make money (or give money) in the server itself and that puts other players without any money at a lower place than the players with lots of money at the start of the game. Plus you would get lots of money for killing zombies (Would be a fast way to get money thus making Economy useless because now people can become rich in one game of Tribu). Unless Tribu was on Server Exclusive would that be useful. "
Currently, the map that I am working on IS server exclusive. The problem with Tribu's economy system is that it doesn't support external plugins. Things like, enchanting something AFTER you have bought it, charging for using a teleport, paying other people, globally adding money or taking away money (which is awesome with the command sign in falsebook). Having a open economy plugin like iConomy would allow room for really large additions. Specifically, we had a plugin wrote for us that shows a live view of your points. This is extremely useful, and impossible to achieve with Tribu money.
Another example is our mystery boxes, we have protected dispensers giving out random items when you drop a special item in the hole (using falsebook), this is impossible to achieve with Tribu money.**
" 3: Glad to know you enjoy FalseBook, For the redstone mess, in coming updates I am adding a fix for that. Zombie spawns that are in a closed room will NOT be activated UNTIL that door is open. (Already made just wait for updates) "
For the level design that we are doing, we require redstone controlled spawns. We need flexibility, and redstone powered spawns are perfect. Please don't remove this option because we really need it.
" 4: Try Tribu 6.0 - the can now run/rush enabling them to find you faster. Also remember you set it to "Nearest" That means you have to be near the zombie. Set it to "Random" and the zombies will target a random player that is playing right away. "
First of all, If you actually watched the video, you can clearly see that I explained that I was using 0.6, and that the wave didn't even start.
Second, about the focus, I've tried every option. None can compare to the speed and reliability of Monster Apocolypse Zombies. Tribu zombies seem to start to dilly dally around on Random focus while Monster Apocolypse zombies instantly track to the player, no matter how far they are.
" 4: You can set Custom items that can be enchanted when purchased. "
I want to be able to enchant items when I want to. Not as soon as I buy it. Again, you could add this feature, or you could add iConomy support and have the flexibility to do this and more.
" 5: Zombie speed IS SET TO RANDOM "
I don't even understand this. What are you referring to?
" 6: graindcafe is adding something special (Not sure if i can tell you). That is most likely why the new wave didn't start after you killed them all ("something special" messed it up) or you got an error and the game stops auto when an error comes up. "
Ok.
" 7: Wait for the next update when I add in #3 (up) "
I want the flexibility to control when doors open and spawns enable. I'm fine if you add this, but I would hope to see you keep the red-stone support in.
" Lastly If you do not enjoy Tribu don't say anything about it. Tribu is the top most downloaded (used) Zombie Survival Plugin. "
Of course it is. It has wonderful notifications, it has redstone powered spawns. None can even compare to all the features that this plugin has.
However with the way that it is going, with all the features localized within the plugin, without a link to any external plugins, it's impossible to take this zombie survival game to the next level.
Everything was working 100% fine for me on 0.5 with the amazing network of plugins that we had. We had zombies tracking you quickly across the map with monster apocalypse, we had doors opening with redstone, enabling spawns for the next area, we had upgrade rooms, mystery boxes, traps, teleportation. The only problems were these small bugs:
1. Blank lines were sent on kill. (fixed)
2. People sometimes actually died, and moved to spawn instead of the death spawn. (fixed)
3. Dead players didn't teleport to spawn after the wave ended. (fixed)
However, in 0.6, even though these issues were fixed, a lot of the things we did broke.
These were:

" Enjoy your day. If you have real problems please file a ticket. "
You're saying that the plugin outright not starting the waves, or the plugin changing to not allow control of mobs that it spawns is not an issue?
Please, I really like this plugin, and would like to see it as open and flexible as possible. I beg of you to continue developing it, but for the features that aren't the best compared to other plugins, instead of developing an internal solution, just allow an external dedicated plugin to do the work.

@slayer9ine9
Did you do /zspawn set [SpawnName] ? Note: [SpawnName] has to be different for each spawn, and make sure you are in a level when setting the spawn points.
i couldent get the zombies to spawn pleas help i did the zspawn and it didnt work when i started
@PuneyWhiteBoy
It doesn't matter
For the defaultLevel option in the config do you put 'LevelName' or delete the ' and put LevelName?
@minecraftkingza
Read already existings suggestions please...
I don't know if you're open to suggestions but, would it be possible to add angry wolfs that come down from a flash of lightning on random waves???
@lopgan121
You probably missed the line "Automation : you do not need an operator to launch the game "
I haven't used the plugin, yet, only due to the fact that I don't like some of the features. I'd like it so people could start the game itself. That seems almost necessary, if not necessary. Also, I'd say allow people to right click a sign to join a game. Permission: tribu.sign.enter
@ACampingNoob
Why don't post that on your ticket ... ?
Here is my video explaining some of the problems that I have: (unlisted) http://youtu.be/gGuIqJu4BKY
