Suggestion for new version:
enable-custom-drop-amaunt: true (true: custom drop amount enable/ false: default drop)

custom-drop-amount-types:
    Birch: 2 (drops only 2 blocks of wood, from all tree)
    Jungle:4 (drops only 4 blocks of wood, from all tree)
    Oak:2 (drops only 2 blocks of wood, from all tree)
    Spruce: 3 (drops only 3 blocks of wood, from all tree)

Definitely possible. I'll implement this in v4.2, as I've already got v4.1 mostly coded.
