I'm not sure if you have these added into your plugin but here are a few ideas to improve it you may consider:

1. An "always on" permission - I run a server for children and it would be cool to have a tree plugin like this that is always on
2. Sapling auto replant - Replants saplings and gives them like 5 seconds of protection after so players don't accidentally reap them.
3. MCMMO support - This would give credit to players trying to level up their lumberjack skill in MCMMO while still allowing them to chop trees down quickly.

sure the always on permission is easy enough. Sapling auto replant shouldn't be a problem and mcmmo support is easily possible but it might come out a bit later or might delay the release time of the next release. Otherwise i should have this done by next week.
