Migrated to Flatfile instead of SQL. That was a dumb idea. Much faster now. (Hopefully) fixed all the errors people were having, I basically re-wrote the plugin for offline support and did a 4 hour testing spree.

Note that your pads are NOT LOST, I did build in a converter that will do it for you. Simply head to the generated config and enter your sql information, and turn "Convert" under Storage options to TRUE and when the plugin next runs it will walk you through it's process of changing all of your pads in the SQL database into flatfile records that are then useable with the new version.

Also added better economy support, a few touches here and there, and the ability to charge people for teleporting.
