What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I make a destination
2.I make a sign that says [TG] then on the next line the destination name
3.I right click the sign

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It's supposed to teleport you, but it just says "you are not standing on the teleportation block: grass" even though I AM standing on grass

In fact, the teleportation block configuration is a bit more tricky than it seems.

To make it work, you need to be on a teleport block (for instance, grass) AND the teleport block has to be on a surface (only composed by teleportation block) that contains an existing destination.

I think I should make a picture or a video to give an example.

For the test, try to add a destination on a grass block, standing on this one, click on your sign, that contains another destination, and it should work.

If you have a "rectangular" surface of grass blocks, around your destination, which has to be grass block if you have configured it, with a maximum of 5 blocks around your destinations (without counting it), this also should work.
