If i use nether portals to teleport, and I set the destination inside both portals, sometimes it brings me to the nether, other times where I want to go. Is this because the destinations are only set one block  and a nether portal is two blocks wide? Is there a work around for this? Thanks

Actually, it should work if you have set the destination inside the portal or just near these two blocks (see this page for more info : http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/travelgates/pages/tricky-information-about-teleportation-systems/)

Check where you have set your destinations.

If you still encounter this issue, enable the debug mode, try to reproduce the problem when you are sent to the nether and keep the logs to send them to me. I will take look at what happened exactly.
