Breaking Minecarts in creative Mode behaves as if in survival mode #224

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Place a Minecart
    2. Switch to Creative Mode
    3. Try to destroy Minecart

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected: The Minecart vanishes immediatly on a single click
    Actual: The Minecart takes several hits, shakes and finally is dropped as an item (Survival Behaviour)

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.73.1-SNAPSHOT
