What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Stop the server with /stop when a train is waiting on a waiter
2. Start the server
3. Look at the train

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The train have to check if the road if empty and yes go further. But at the moment the train is still at the place where he's ended when the server stops and won't check and go further

What version of the product are you using?
- 1.73.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?
- Nope
