    I use the plugin Traincarts, but now there is a problem.
    when an empty cart ride over detection_rails. there is no redstone signal
    I've looked over it was maybe something else. But that was not so.
    because when I traincarts removed from the server again, it worked normally.

    my version of the plugin: 1.7.30
    my version of spigot: spigot-1.7.9-R0.3.jar
    my version of bkcommonlib: v1.5.8
