Version 1.3

• Supporting new CraftBukkit event system now, in the mean time fixing an issue so we neatly handle other plugins canceling an event.
• New plugin setting "show-shop-location": show the world and coordinates when using /tcshops
• Fixed an NPE when looking up an item in items.yml that does not exist.
• Including Swedish language file in package now, thanks to cayeen. Just change the language setting to 'sv' to use it!
• Loading default translation files from the .jar in a different way now, solving the existing issue where you had to restart the server once to make the text work.

This build is currently broken in that it will keep overwriting existing config files.
