Official update to v2.0.7

Added 1.6 compatibility! (Tested on 1.6.2 & 1.6.4)
/vsign works only with ProtocolLib installed. (Working on NMS Support!)

- fixed client crash on 1.6: Players can now hover over enchanted items!
- improved ProtocolLibHandlers slightly on 1.7 , 1.8 & 1.9

Please note: On 1.6 the unicode-bug will appear again, because the ConfigManager isnt fully compatible to 1.6 yet.
The InGame-Editor will fix that later!

• The Translation still takes ages (500 seconds or more per GUI) due to the new default config (Only if you have the Auto-Translator enabled.)

On 1.6 and lower, the Unicode bug will appear again.
This will be fixed once and for all, when the InGame-Editor is released!

I have found no other bugs so far, if you find some, please report them to me and i'll fix them!
