The delay is a bit different than in version 1.8.1. It doesn't affect the bow charging. If you read the instructions, it says the bow shoots just a normal arrow if trying to shoot before the delay timer is finished. I do not want to disable the whole bow with it.

The Faction developers should add a feature that disallows removing torches in the safezone when an arrow has hit them. But I could also add a new setting for disabling this torch removing feature and also a new permission.
