Bukkit

What is the issue?
Well basically, I have the plugin on a bukkit server and when starting up the server it works fine. But then after a while, sometimes short sometimes long, it just stops working. Torches aren't consumed when they should be and nothing happens when you shoot your bow other than it behaving like a normal bow does. No light, no torch, nothing.

Please provide any additional information below.
