Hi there!

I was playing with the config, and thought I could make a custom arrow, but realized I couldn't. I thought it would be a awesome idea to allow the admin to create custom arrows in the config using other items (like gunpowder, redstone or sugar, with varying effects and damage).

It would also be great if there was an option to add small tiny explosions to the arrows (for gunpowder arrows for example). This would add a lot of options and fun for archers. This is the first light-weight plugin I've seen that actually incorporates the bow drawing effect of vanilla archery and adds effects to it. So I like it a lot! Hope some of this is possible! :3

I have planned adding a high level of customizability for the arrows. This plugin may well evolve to something that allows you to create exiting arrows combining various effects and functions. Maybe I should already change the plugin name from TorchArrow to something more describing, because the arrows of this plugin are much more than just "torch arrows" :3
