TopView
TopView is a plugin that allows players to enter a 3rd person top view using your cursor to control the players movement.
Features:
- View yourself from above
- Control the player using your cursor
- You take any damage that the player you are controlling takes
Commands:
- /topview (/topv,/tv) - Enter top view
Permissions:
- topview.use - Allows players to enter top view

Please let me know of any bugs, glitches or general dislikings
TODO:
- Make movement smoother
- Go into top view as a mob!
- Possibly add the ability to interact with the world while in top view (somehow)

Also, I have a suggestion, maybe add a holographic tag to the top of the npc every time the player speaks. To make it look like they are talking :)

Yeah, that's what I am working on right now. It involves pretty complicated NMS. I should release a second version some time next week with that fixed
