• Added a config file! A few new configuration options
• New config option to disable metrics specifically for this plugin
• New config options to change the messages displayed to players when their tools break
• Added a couple new commands:
  • - /toolremains reload - Reload the configuration file (Permission: toolremains.reload)
  • - /toolremains version - Get version information about the plugin
