What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Run PropHunt with all reccomended builds of ProtocolLib and DisguiseCraft
2.Stop server
3.Join server, all maps are gone and cannot define new maps as wool does nothing when placed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
---------------------------------------------------
=Expected output should be the server running in dedicated and automatic mode as normal with the maps loaded, the maps are in the storage file but not being used. When you do /ph it states that there are no playable arenas and you cannot define new ones as the wool blocks do nothing when placed.

You have an error on startup, which is why your arena manager is not loading. Please pastebin your startup again with the limit disabled. Multicraft or whatever you are using is skipping error lines.
