What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set UseBuiltInKitSystem in the config file to "false"
2. Turns off the kit system, but in-game when you type /kit or /kits it still uses those commands.
3. I put the command kit and kits in the disable commands section, but they're still used.  But the font is changed from when UseBuiltInKitSystem is set to "true".  It's just white text instead of red.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My essentials kits are unable to work because of this. TokenShop kit feature is overriding Essentials, even though I have Essentials set to highest.

What version of the product are you using?
The latest.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log.
