add or remove player permission

commands:

pq_permissions: see help

permadd: add a perm to a player

permdel: del perm player

nologpermadd: temp add a perm to a player nolog

nologpermdel: temp del perm player nolog

permissions:

permadd: to use all commands

ATTENTION: when you add and remove player permission, the "add" and "remove" is retain at config.yml

you can edit the config.yml file when server is off

it literally tells me i dont have permission to give myself permissions

i dont know why and the translatiuon is difficult

Good plugin, works for me on Spigot 1.14.2

I would like if the plugin had translations to English though
and it would be nice to change default permissions for all users instead of a per user system
