TidyUp
TidyUp - magnetic chests
- Is your inventory a mess?
- Tired of having to manually open lots of chests?
- Need something to automagically organize your storage needs?
Have no fear! Chests are now magnets!
Installation:
- : add permissions, recommend you check the permissions page click here or set all users to tidyup.user
- : after first run, take a look at the config
Usage:
- : place and protect a chest with LWC
- : put something in the chest
- : items dropped near a chest will be picked up by any LWC chest that contains the same item
Known issues:
- items dropped by a player from a chest work, but might not update to the client correctly if picked up by the same chest. This might result in items disappearing. I tested this and only the client gui seems to be behind, the stack is there and shown as soon as you click on the place where the item stack would be. (first empty from the top left)
Expected weirdness:
- item duplication
- wool and half steps to single chest, where separate chests might be desired
-
Will never happen:
- permissions, this plugin is harmless, yay added them anyways
Added in 0.4:
- basic sorting (make stacks of same items stay together)
- O.C.D. type sorting all items grouped into stacks, sort items based on type
Updaters should now work :D
Uploaded new version 0.4.1 which solves the visual glitch of items being duplicated on the client side and adds automatic OCD sorting on item drops as a option with separate permissions and settings.
@rodier
This plugin gives more control over the range and now also the type of magnetism you would like users to have.
@nurwin22
It has been a while, but updated the plugin again
lwc have this function inside /cmagnet on
@gibbly96
It still works perfectly on 1.3.2 as it mostly uses LWC for the meat.
Do you have any specific issues?
Please update it..
no ? 1.2.4-R1.0 ? pretty please ?
sweet, please add the OCD type of thing ;)
@nurwin22
I use LWC to quickly access registered chests, new chests are by default LWC chests as well. So no I will not be trying to find possible chests for every item drop. As it would increase the server load, when a cheap and efficient alternative is already doing all I desire.
Could you please elaborate on what you desire basic and or type sorting to do?
