Fixes:

• Database errors should be fixed under normal conditions
• Increased the time that the plugin waits to check for drinking of milk buckets / water bottles to cater to slower servers

Features:

• Added the ability to toggle thirst (Thirst.isEnabled) via other plugins

- There may still be some odd behavior if you change various values to those above 100 or below 0.
