• Added new "grid" arrangement for start points
• If no parameter is supplied, /tpcs now goes to the next start point number which has not yet been created
• Spectators can view players' level (displayed as a stack of enchanting bottles in the inventory)
• /params now only displays those gameplay tweaks which are active
