When you have a built tower with iron fences, destroying the sign first (I did it while turned on, haven't tested while tower is off), the tower begins to drop iron fences when broken, instead of disappearing altogether.

This fix could go hand-in-hand with my other request about the lever protection, not allowing players to break anything (aside ONLY the owner being allowed to break the fences while it's turned on) until the tower is turned off.
