What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Execute the teleport command
2. Re-execute the command before the timer runs out
3. Wait and see what happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output, user teleported to first location, actual output, user gets teleported to the original location of second teleport which is where the temp location of the first teleport was.
