What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Give a limit to the amount of temples a user in a group can create.

Please provide any additional information below.
I would like to give the ability to create a temple to a specific group and limit the amount of temples that a member of that group can create.
Similar to Citizens NPC limit achieved through a permission node: citizens.npccount.X where x is the number of NPCs that group is allowed.

In the config file there's a setting for maxtemplesperperson (my bad for not having a config page up yet). If you want to do this for groups now, you can set maxtemplesperperson to 0, create temples yourself and add people to the temples individually. I understand this is tedious. I would only recommend doing that if you have your mind set on doing it ASAP.

I don't think I'll be adding group support because many other plugins have their own groups and adding support for all of those would be a lot of work. If you have a fix or another idea you think would be easier, let me know :)
