Additions

• Added a TARDISWeepingAngels API - see TARDISWeepingAngelsAPI.java
  • Disguise entities (including players) as Whovian monsters
  • Listen for the TARDISWeepingAngelSpawnEvent
  • Check whether an entity is a TARDISWeepingAngels monster
  • Get the monster type of a TARDISWeepingAngel entity
  • Currently is use by TARDIS v3.6.2 and MobHunting v3.3.7 plugins

• Updated for CraftBukkit/Spigot 1.10.2
• Minimum LibDisguises version set to v9.0.9
• Minimum ProtocolLib version set to v4.1.0
• Daleks are now disguised without a pumpkin head so we don't have to rely on resource pack hacks - resource pack update required - TARDISWeepingAngels-Resource-Pack
• You can now spawn flying daleks /twas DALEK flying
• Monsters are now set to be silent and have no visible particles from potion effects

Bug fixes

• Disable Silurian spawning in custom generated worlds - reason: there is a high chance that the cave finder method will go into an endless loop and crash the server. This might be changed at a later date...
• Set the drop chance for an Angel's items in hands to zero so they don't drop BARRIER blocks in certain circumstances

You must update ProtocolLib (v4.1.0) and LibsDisguises (v9.0.9) to the latest 1.10.2 compatible builds
