Take A Number Is a simple efficient help ticket system. It allows server staff to easily and effectively review edit and take in game help tickets.
It's as simple as "/ticket someone griefed my house" The server staff with the proper permissions can then check and take thus ticket.
If set to true, players with the tan.admin permission will see the current open help tickets upon entering the server.
NotifyAdminOnTicketClose
If set to true, players with the tan.admin permission will recive an ingame message when a ticket has been closed.

Can you add a private admin chat feature, so that admin can talk to each other if one needs others' opinions? Make it something short and easy like '/ac [message]'. ac stands for admin chat. Thanks.
not sure what im doing wrong. i give tan.ticket perms to players and they are able to create 100 tickets.
I am just using the default config file with maxtickets 5. Dont understand.
My staff and I love this plugin! Can't wait to warp to player's ticket location. Also is there a way for the player who made the ticket to reply to the ticket like admins can so a conversation can kind of go on? If not, it would be nice to have that so the player and staff member helping don't have to be online at the same time to actually "communicate" about the issue.
Another thing that would be nice, is the flow should be like a bug report....
User1 Open ticket
Admin1 TakeTicket
Admin1 <fixes the problem>
Admin1 Resolve ticket (with text for reply)
User1 Close Ticket
Should also allow multiple replies so there can be a conversation if necessary.
So the user can see the reply. Ticket isn't deleted until the opening user closes it (plus maybe an expire time period)
Thanks. We are running this on my server and I love it so far. Also, if you guys need/want any help coding, I am available.
Great plugin to help staff manage users on huge servers.
I believe it would also be great if there was the possiblity to change the language of the message and also if you could add a time in the way that after x days of a replied ticket it closes automatically because people sometimes forget to close their tickets.

As you can clearly see from the source this is not a fork of the simple help tickets plugin, this is a re-write.
The only thing similar is the function and style, we kept those the same because we liked the style but the code was not done well at all.
So we started fresh but kept the sht style and functionality and adding out own too.
This appears to be a fork of Simple Help Tickets from what I can see. And there is nothing wrong with that at all considering Simple Help Tickets is GPL. This happens all the time with open source software.
Hey. Looks cool. But a question. I dont know if it possible already, but..
Example:
User open ticket /ticket Here at X: -- Y: -- are 3 blocks missing in the street.
The ticket get the number: 2
A operator check for tickets /ticket
The operator see ticket number 2 and do /taketicket 2
He fix the street and make /closeticket 2
HOW can the op write now a notice for that ticket. Like "street is fixed" ?
And when a admin now launch a command like /checkticket 2, which information will show up now. Sorry for asking, i think this features are already in the plugin.
My suggestion / question number 2 (sorry ^^) :
Operator close the ticket and leave message "street is fixed" with "/replyticket admin 2 [message]" for the admin / owner.
And now, he can write a separate notice for the player that open this ticket.
Like "/replyticket user 2 [message]". With this feature he can say "Thanks for reporting. Ask me when you are online and i will give you a little gift ;) " to the user, and the admins now the important message "street is fixed" .
I hope you know what i mean. My english is not that good (damn germany ^^)
When you read that. I have 1 suggestion more :P I´ll contact you with a message.
And SORRY SORRY SORRY for that long text.

@Lostwave
We already have a "warpticket" command in our dev build, along with some of gibblys idea.
@Enrux
We are working out how to do this in a decent way.
