What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when i join the game and do /sg start to force start it, it does not even teleport me to the arena it just freezes me and disallows me to move whilt the timer just goes to negative numbers

Could it possibly be that im the only player on the server?
Sorry for re-posting this as i saw another players post but i thought i may be able to go into further detail.

Same thing happening to me, except I had 4 people playing with me.

Make sure you have the spawns set in the arena. The plugin should tell you if there is no spawns set however this doesn't seem to be the case and could be a bug. This used to happen because the spawn points were not set correctly.

Does this still happen in 1.0.5?

Can you show me a server log? This is really hard to debug with the information you have given.
