What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 2 players join the game (Under the min # of players)
2. Game started with /sg start or /sg startnow
3. Players can't open chests

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Be able to open chests

What version of the product are you using?
Latest version

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No it wasen't an error that the console would print
