-Added Rewards system (Commands, vault and playerpoints) They are all optional and the can be set in the config.yml

-Added two new blocks to the voting (You need to add new string to the lang file, or reload them)

You will have to close the arena from the upper side, for example using barriers. Soon this will be automatic.
