Give a player a SugarRush when a player eats a cookie or pie - and have a white firework launch over their head!
You can configure the message, time, and amplifier of the speed effect in the config.yml file!
Installation
Download SugarRush.
Then drag and drop SugarRush in the plugins folder - all done!
You can edit the config.yml file to the way you want it if you please.

None as of now.
Permissions
sugarrush.use - Able to have a SugarRush!
