• Fixed problem causing plugin to crash when used with already existing streetlights
• Build against Spigot #76 for 1.9.2 (Compatible to CraftBukkit and Spigot)
  
  SHOULD WORK WITHOUT PROBLEMS ON BUKKIT 1.8.9

• May not power up streetlights sometimes, don't use /time commands if that happens!
• Natural rain sometime doesn't trigger the lights.
• You cannot use REDSTONE_TORCH_OFF.
