At last, a build to call stable.

Storm v0.1.2R | R1 - 1 (phew, that's a long name!) addresses key issues in the previous R1 version.

Primarily, this version changes:

• Error reports. They used to sometimes hide logs, this (and more) has been fixed.
• Commands not executing.
• Funky MethodNotFound exceptions.
• Re-adds the updater, but only checks for versions: doesn't download.
• Many sections of internal utility code. This should allow for easier debugging, and, consequently, faster updates.

None!
