Storm 0.1.0 improves how realistic Storm is, and optimizes large sections of code.

Changelog:

• MineCraft 1.4.2 support.
• Weather events now respect Residence regions.
• Redone meteors: completely rewritten, now can have over 20 meteors at the same time with ZERO lag.
• Comments on most nodes of the configuration files. More to be added!
• Entities now seek shelter during acid rain, blizzards, and thunderstorms!
• Functional volcano code bundled.
• So many other wonderful things which I have forgotten to include here.
