Sting
Sting
The sword 'Sting'
Do you like Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, or roleplaying?Then this plugin may be for you!
This plugin will add a craft-able Sting sword to your server.
Features
- Lights up when enemies are near
- Deals more damage to enemies
- Uses no commands
- Completely craftable
Recipe
To create the Sting, you need to create Sacred Zombie Flesh.You can combine 9 regular flesh to make 1 sacred flesh.
Now you can create the Sting using 8 Sacred Zombie Flesh and 1 diamond sword
Have you considered creating some other craftable (customizable?) magic weapons, armor, and or tools?
Can you make it so that you craft it with any sword in the middle and it just makes that sword light up when players are near?
Is there a way the next update could have permissions? I don't want just everyone being able to make this.
Thanks! Great plug-in!
Can you configure it so you use a different item instead of rotten flesh to make the sacred item?
Great plugin however! Good job! =)
Does sting have the durability of a diamond sword or an iron sword?
@CarrotNubbin
There are none, everyone can use it by default so long as they know how to craft it.
Permissions to craft or use the sword? Please?
why does the sword look like an iron one? is that gonna get fixed
I just posted a ticket, I keep getting this message in the console:
[SEVERE] Could not pass event EntityDamageByEntityEvent to Sting v1.0
@S1lverK3y
It gets an enchantment that doesn't do anything to the sword, using events, I increase the output damage (increasing instead of setting, so critical hits etc still work)
@IxIHReeceHIxI You're right! :D @Streammy does the Sting actually have an enchantment or does it just glow?
@saravind
it removes any enchant the sting has
I think, you need alot more of these weapons haha, They're amazing.
what happens if you enchant sting?
Lmao just had this Plugins idea this morning without reading this page :D . Great Idea though thanks for making it real!
Nice Idea and Works great. Thanks for your work... :)
This is an amazing original idea! Nice!

@Mavhill
Will do that!
some perms and you have a winner...:)
