+ Improved update checking.
    In addition to checking for a new update on startup, Steve will check for a new update every 30 minutes.
    If there is a new update available, all OPs will receive a short message on login.
    ***Steve will still not do ANY update checks if you have it disabled in the config file.***
+ Added [Steve.admin] permission.
    * Access to /steve update
    * Access to /steve reload
    * Receive message about updates.
    * These commands were previously restricted only to OPs.
+ Added new '/steve about' command which displays plugin and author information to the player.
+ Steve help page (/steve) is now dynamic. Players will only see commands they have permission to use.
+ New Trigger Added - "Contains"
    If you enable this trigger, any messages that contain a string will get sent to CleverBot.

+ Improved Configuration File Formatting
    Now able to enable/disable certian triggers which will be useful in the future when I add more ways of Steve getting triggered.
    ***The plugin will automatically update your config to the new formatting. You do not need to do anything.***
- When displaying update information, file size is no longer shown.
* Updating checking has been updated to comply the new Project Submission Guidelines.
* Fixed update result messages not using the proper color scheme as the rest of the plugin.
* All triggers are now no longer case sensitive. (Let me know if this is a problem for you.)
* Minor code cleanups and fixes.
